3. Product Information

All products are handcrafted and unique. While we strive to accurately represent our products through descriptions and photographs, slight variations in color, size, and appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of our items.

4. Custom Orders

Custom orders are welcome and will be discussed individually. Once a custom order is confirmed and work has begun, cancellations may not be possible. Custom orders typically require 2-4 weeks to complete, depending on complexity.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms for custom orders will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

6. Shipping and Handling

We carefully package all items to ensure safe delivery. Shipping costs and delivery times will be discussed with each customer based on their location and the size/fragility of the items ordered.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you have any concerns. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on Bonsai Bri's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Bonsai Bri makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

In no event shall Bonsai Bri or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Bonsai Bri's website.

Bonsai Bri does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current.
